Development
In 2015 RUSAL commissioned the first start-up complex of the Cheremukhovskaya-Glubokaya mine. The new mine is one of the five deepest mines in the world. In 2017 a second and in 2019 a third start-up complex was commissioned, which completed the construction of surface facilities at the industrial site. Currently, underground construction at the Cheremukhovskaya-Glubokaya mine is underway at a depth of over 1.4 km.
