RUSAL has successfully completed a recertification audit against the international standard ISO 37301:2021 (hereinafter ‘ISO 37301’) and has been awarded a declaration of conformity valid until October 29, 2029.

The company’s compliance management system was assessed in the areas of sanctions regulation, anti-corruption, corporate ethics and conflict-of-interest risk management in accordance with the ISO 37301 standard.

ISO 37301 is the first international standard setting out requirements for a compliance management system. It helps organisations systematically manage compliance with various types of obligations, ranging from regulatory to ethical.
