UC RUSAL completes VAS redesign
<p>Moscow, 1 December 2011 – UC RUSAL (SEHK: 486, Euronext: RUSAL/RUAL, MICEX: RUALR, RTS: RUALR), world’s largest aluminium producer, announces the completion of redesigning of the Volkhov aluminium smelter (”VAS”) and the increase of its production capacity as a result of redesign. Total investment to the project amounted to USD 3 million. </p>

UC RUSAL enters into purchase agreement with NORINCO concerning share acquisition in Shenzhen North Investments
<p>Moscow, 25 November 2011 – UC RUSAL (SEHK: 486, Euronext: RUSAL/RUAL, MICEX: RUALR, RTS: RUALR), the world’s largest aluminium producer, announces execution of a share purchase agreement with China North Industries Corporation (“NORINCO”) under which it has agreed to purchase a 33% stake in a company Shenzhen North Investments Corporation Limited (“Shenzhen North Investments”), a trading affiliate of NORINCO specializing in aluminium, alloys and other non-ferrous metals.</p>

UC RUSAL and Gazprom Neft signed long-term coke supply contract

UC RUSAL aluminium products registered at SHFE
