Guinean Government and UC RUSAL establish a commission to develop cooperation in Guinea

Press Statement: UC RUSAL informs about an explosion at Shelekhov Powder metallurgy
Irkutsk, 2 February 2010 - On 2 February 2010 at the production workshop of Shelekhov Powder Metallurgy, RUSAL’s facility producing aluminium powders in the Irkutsk region, there was an explosion which resulted in a fire covering 700 sq. m. The investigation commission has been established. The cause of the accident is being investigated.

The Khakas Aluminium Smelter: 750,000 tonnes in three years after commissioning
