Lenders support RUSAL in the situation with Alfa-Bank

Following the consultations RUSAL made the decision to settle the debt of USD 85.9 mln to Alfa-Bank, which means that RUSAL has completely fulfilled its current obligations to this lender in accordance with the existing creditors’ agreements. 

Alfa-Bank now has no reason to continue its legal proceedings against RUSAL. Therefore, the key issue slowing down the completion of the restructuring process has been resolved.
