RUSAL wins in 3 nominations at Annual Hong Kong Investor Relations Association Awards
Moscow, 16 September 2021 - RUSAL (SEHK: 486; Moscow Exchange: RUAL), a leading global aluminium producer, was announced as the winner of three awards at the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association’s (HKIRA) 7th annual Investor Relations Awards 2021 event.
RUSAL received the “Best IR by IR Team” award, along with the “Best ESG (E)” and “Best ESG (S)” awards, demonstrating the IR community’s recognition of the Company’s IR best practices, industry leading sustainability initiatives and corporate governance strengths.
The IR Awards recognize excellence and best practice among Hong Kong listed companies and IR professionals, with this year’s event held in hybrid format. Just like previous years, the award winners were first nominated by the public and then selected by eligible voters from the IR community via online polling. A total of 167 companies participated in the Awards this year, with over 890 investors taking part in the voting for award winners, representing a 33% jump from last year.

RUSAL Implements Neural Networks to Improve Alumina Quality

Moscow, 3 December 2025 – RUSAL, a global leader in aluminium production, has advanced to the second phase in the production of a batch of rolling slabs with a record-low carbon footprint. The figure came to less than 3 t CO2/t of aluminum (Full Scope), which is the company’s lowest ever recorded within its ongoing production operations. These ingots will be delivered to partners for further rolling into strip and manufacturing Russia’s first low-carbon aluminium beverage cans. Building on the successful launch of the initiative in June 2025, this milestone confirms the full industrial-scale operation of the Company’s sustainable manufacturing solutions.
