RUSAL wins in 3 nominations at Annual Hong Kong Investor Relations Association Awards
Moscow, 16 September 2021 - RUSAL (SEHK: 486; Moscow Exchange: RUAL), a leading global aluminium producer, was announced as the winner of three awards at the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association’s (HKIRA) 7th annual Investor Relations Awards 2021 event.
RUSAL received the “Best IR by IR Team” award, along with the “Best ESG (E)” and “Best ESG (S)” awards, demonstrating the IR community’s recognition of the Company’s IR best practices, industry leading sustainability initiatives and corporate governance strengths.
The IR Awards recognize excellence and best practice among Hong Kong listed companies and IR professionals, with this year’s event held in hybrid format. Just like previous years, the award winners were first nominated by the public and then selected by eligible voters from the IR community via online polling. Oleg Mukhamedshin, RUSAL’s Deputy CEO, Director for Strategy and Investor Relations, said: “We are extremely proud to have been recognized by our peers for our best practice market facing communications and our efforts to engage with investors around RUSAL’s ESG activities.
