The share of A7-grade aluminium, which RUSAL supplies to the company that initiated and then withdrew the claim, in RUSAL’s primary aluminium sales in the Russian market does not exceed 2%, instead of 90%, as stated in the article. Moreover, the company does not supply A7-grade aluminium to this customer from the Krasnoyarsk aluminium smelter, as stated in the article.

RUSAL believes the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service’s claims to be groundless, supported by the fact that the initial claim to the FAS has been withdrawn by the complainant (OOO ‘Valkom-PM’). RUSAL’s key priority is to satisfy customers’ demands on the most advantageous terms.
