<p>Moscow, 30 March 2012 – UC RUSAL (SEHK: 486, Euronext: RUSAL/RUAL, MICEX-RTS: RUALR), the world’s largest aluminium producer, announces the introduction of a period when the financial covenants under the current loan agreements with the international and Russian lenders are not tested with effect from the first quarter of 2012 up to 12 months.</p>

<p>Moscow, 28 March 2012 – In relation to the situation surrounding the Bogoslovsk central heating and power plant (CHPP) transaction, UC RUSAL (SEHK: 486, Euronext: RUSAL/RUAL, MICEX-RTS: RUALR), the world’s largest aluminium producer, considers its necessary to clarify the circumstances of the deal. </p>

<p>Moscow, 28 March 2012 – UC RUSAL (SEHK: 486; Euronext: RUSAL/RUAL; MICEX-RTS: RUALR), the world’s largest aluminium producer, is pleased to announce the signing of Memorandum of Understanding with Canada-based Orbite Aluminae, the owner of the unique technology for the extraction of metallurgical alumina and rare-earth elements from aluminous clay. The Memorandum, signed during RUSAL delegation’s visit in Québec, foresees the possibility of creation of a joint venture to develop the aluminous clay deposit, owned by Orbite Aluminae, located in Grande-Vallée, near Murdochville town in the Province of Québec in Canada, and a construction of an alumina refinery. RUSAL may also get exclusive rights to use the respective alumina production technologies in Russia after its necessary adaptation to Russia-specific ores. </p>
