UC RUSAL appoints Barry Cheung as new Chairman
<p>Moscow, 16 March 2012 – UC RUSAL (SEHK: 486; Euronext: RUSAL/RUAL; MICEX-RTS: RUALR), the world’s largest aluminium producer, today announces that its Board of Directors has appointed Mr Barry Cheung as Chairman of the Board with effect from 16 March 2012, replacing Mr Viktor Vekselberg who resigned earlier this week. </p>

UC RUSAL's NAZ completes first modernization stage
<p>Moscow, 28 February 2012 — UC RUSAL (SEHK: 486; Euronext: RUSAL/RUAL; MICEX-RTS: RUALR), the world’s largest aluminium producer, is pleased to announce the completion of the first stage of its Nadvoitsy aluminium smelter’s (NAZ) modernization and the increase in alloys production due to the smelter’s revamping programme. The investments at the first stage of the project amounted to USD 2,3 million.</p>

UC RUSAL largest Aluminium Division to increase alloy production by 70%
<p>Moscow, 14 February 2012 — UC RUSAL (SEHK: 486; Euronext: RUSAL/RUAL; MICEX-RTS: RUALR), the world’s largest aluminium producer, is pleased to announce its plans to increase alloy production in Aluminium Division East units by up to 70% by 2016. This is an increase from 1,130,000 tonnes to 1,930,000 tonnes. Investments in the project in 2012 will amount to USD 5 million, the Division's alloy production in 2012 will rise to 1,260,000 tonnes.</p>
