<p>Moscow, 10 February 2012 — UC RUSAL (SEHK: 486; Euronext: RUSAL/RUAL; MICEX-RTS: RUALR), the world’s largest aluminium producer, announces the launch of Russian Depositary Receipts (RDR) trading at the Standard equity market of MICEX-RTS stock exchange and  futures contracts on RDRs at FORTS derivatives market.</p>

<p>Moscow, 9 February 2012 — UC RUSAL (SEHK: 486; Euronext: RUSAL/RUAL; MICEX: RUALR; RTS: RUALR), the world’s largest aluminium producer, is pleased to announce the launch of a new alumina production waste recycling technology test run, which will result in the construction of a prototype facility at the Urals aluminium smelter (UAZ). The facility's recycling capacity is expected to treat up to 200,000 tonnes of red mud annually with its launch planned for October 2014. Investments in the project will amount to RUR 600 million, with a 3-year payback period.</p>

<p>Moscow, 8 February 2012 – UC RUSAL (SEHK: 486; Euronext: RUSAL/RUAL; MICEX: RUALR; RTS: RUALR), the world’s largest aluminium producer, and PhosAgro (MICEX, RTS, LSE: PHOR), a leading global vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producer, today announce an agreement for the supply of fluoric salts until 2034. </p>

<p>Moscow, 2 February 2012 — UC RUSAL (SEHK:486, Euronext: RUSAL/RUAL, MICEX: RUALR, RTS: RUALR), the world’s largest aluminium producer, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 50% of OOO “Yaroslavsk GRK” (Yaroslavsk Mining Company) from Russian Mining Company (RGRK). Following completion of the deal, Yaroslavsk GRK will be 100% wholly owned by RUSAL.</p>

<p>Moscow, 26 January 2012 – UC RUSAL (SEHK: 486, Euronext: RUSAL/RUAL, MICEX and RTS: RUALR), the world’s largest aluminium producer, is proud to launch the “Russia in Your Eyes” Photo Contest (the “Photo Contest”) to celebrate the second anniversary of its listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (“SEHK”). Entries for the Photo Contest are to be accepted starting from tomorrow, 27 January 2012, until 29 February 2012. Winning and selected photos are to be displayed at Statue Square in Central during a two-week exhibition from 26 March to 8 April 2012.</p>

The cost of the new equipment amounts to USD 2 million.</p>
