Statement from RUSAL following recent media reports
RUSAL has noted an article published on November 3rd by Reuters regarding actions by one of its competitors, clearly for their own benefit, who are seeking a boycott of Russian metal on the London Metal Exchange (LME). A number of industry associations have recently and publicly stated that such a move would be to the clear detriment of the aluminium consuming industry, and furthermore to the benefit of its competitors.

RUSAL is aware of an indictment obtained by the United States Department of Justice (“DOJ”) of several individuals and companies for allegedly having engaged in transactions in violation of United States sanctions and export control laws. Statements otherwise are highly speculative and irresponsible. RUSAL’s sales book is solid, and the company has no need to deliver metal to LME warehouses.

First 108 students begin studies at RUSAL and En+ Group IT Academy in Krasnoyarsk
Moscow, 12 September 2022 – RUSAL, a leading global aluminium producer, in cooperation with En+ Group and the Siberian Federal University (SFU) have launched an IT Academy in Krasnoyarsk. 108 first-year undergraduate and second-year IT students from SFU were selected to take part in the program.
